Cheap room, reasonably large with excellent bathrooms. Easy enough to find, in the heart of Miri.

It was in a central setting near shopping n restaurant n massage. Units except for the closet which taking so much space.

Think that this extremely comfy hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. I would say it's excellent home base for staying and exploring Miri. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is good!

There's hair in some areas.

It was fairly clean, and the people were very friendly. The room was large and brand-new except for the closet which taking so much space included. Everything was perfectly fine, I liked that. The location was best possible for Miri, right by the shopping mall, food court, & self-service laundry, the shopping complex and foodie zone and container city and clubs.

Central location, brilliant base for discovering Miri. Right by Shopping Centre as well as permaisuri imperial mall.

Cheap and huge room except for the closet which taking so much space, excellent staff. Location just next door to container city and clubs too, Imperial Mall, Bintang Megamall, Miri Waterfront and Miri Handicraft Canter, and shopping complex.

The room was spacious, comfortable beds & pillows, clean and well-maintained. Convenient location near shopping market, food stalls, and Imperial Mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to amenities and no need for a car.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, there were plenty of halal eateries nearby and a mall within walking distance. the complimentary items in the room were nice touches and greatly appreciated.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to a shopping mall and had abundant parking spots. The staff was friendly and efficient, even offering me the option of payment methods. I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring that I had restful nights.

The elevator wasn't reliable and broke down several times, which was a frustrating inconvenience. the air conditioning unit was quite loud, and I could hear other guests' units as well, disrupting my peace and quiet.
