Perfectly pleasant overall experience. Excellent brand-new hotel in strategic and best possible location close to Shopping Centre & Restaurants & cafes. Good meals with cold drinks. Cheap and huge room except for the closet which taking so much space, excellent staff. Location just next door to container city and clubs too, Imperial Mall, Bintang Megamall, Miri Waterfront and Miri Handicraft Canter, and shopping complex.

The twin room had a cozy bed, coffee and tea-making facilities, an ironing set, and a work desk.

Unbeatable location near to mosque, in the excellent area. Brand-new rooms.

Conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and massage services. the rooms were nice overall, but the only downside was the oversized closet that took up too much space. 🛍️

The hotel is extremely comfy and beyond compare. It serves as an excellent home base for staying and exploring Miri. They offer lots of meal options, and the food is good!

The people were very friendly. the room was large and brand-new. - the location was the best possible for Miri, right by the shopping mall, food court, self-service laundry, shopping complex.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, there were plenty of halal eateries nearby and a mall within walking distance. the complimentary items in the room were nice touches and greatly appreciated.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to a shopping mall and had abundant parking spots. the staff was friendly and efficient, even offering me the option of payment methods. I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring that I had restful nights.

The elevator wasn't reliable and broke down several times, which was a frustrating inconvenience. the air conditioning unit was quite loud, and I could hear other guests' units as well, disrupting my peace and quiet.
